Shiraz 2005
Our Shiraz is deep crimson in colour with aromas of lifted pepper, spice, plum, dark cherry and vanilla. The palate is rich and complex with an array of fruit and spice flavours. The Shiraz is matured in French and American oak for 20 months.
Will cellar for 5 - 8 years.
