Deep crimson in colour with aromas of black current and intense berry fruits. Fine tannins are complimented by vanilla and toasty oak characters which complete this wine.

Deep crimson in colour with aromas of lifted pepper, spice, plum, dark cherry and vanilla. The palate is rich and complex with an array of fruit and spice flavours. Matured in French and American oak for 20 months.

CABERNET / MERLOT 2007

Deep crimson in colour, flavours of blackberry and currant, lightly spiced with a touch of black pepper. 20% of Merlot softens this wine, which has been matured for 18 months in French and American oak.

A fresh summer wine, this style is semi-sweet made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Best suited with such foods as duck, chicken or even your favourite stir-fry dish.
