Shiraz - Deep crimson in colour, aromas of lifted pepper, spice plum, dark cherry and vanilla, from gropes grown in the Margaret River region. The palate is rich and complex with an array of fruit and spice flavours. Matured in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
