Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please contact us on

+61 403 726 829 and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If we are unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Standard Shipping is via Australia Post with expected delivery times 3-5 days for Metropolitan addresses and 5-9 days for Regional addresses.
Premium Shipping is via Toll Priority with expected delivery times 2-3 days for Metropolitan addresses and 3-6 days for Regional addresses.

Please note, our Premium Shipping partner will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure you update your delivery details to a full address when using Premium Shipping otherwise your order will be shipped via Australia Post and a calling card will be left.

To ensure the quality of our wines, we do not dispatch orders during periods of extreme heat. Please be aware shipping delays may occur in such circumstances. Additional delays may also occur during peak activity periods.
