Cabinet Sauvignon - Full bodied wine, deep purple in colour, flavours of plum and black currant on the palate, very smooth soft finish, matured in American oak for 10 months. Cellaring 5-8 years. A lovely wine to have with all read meats, blue cheese and choclate.
